Biltong tastes great in a quiche
Biltong quiche is a more advanced recipe, but the payoff is well worth it. The creamy filling combines yogurt, cheese, egg, caramelized onions, herbs and of course, biltong. The filling is bordered by a flaky and tender crust, which boasts a lot of flavor as it combines almond flour, cayenne pepper and Parmesan cheese. For this recipe it’s best to use slightly wet biltong, as it will offer a soft and meaty flavor to the quiche.
